All items are guaranteed for 30-days. Some items will also have a manufacturers warranty as well. You must be satisfied with your purchase from DataSouth or return the item within 30-days for full refund. 

The item must be received in the same condition as supplied to you. Certain items are easily damaged by improper connection and will not be accepted for refund if damaged by purchaser. Use the Contact Us form to request a RMA number before returning item. DataSouth will make every effort to prevent typographical errors in the description of all items. However should such an error occur, the item will be accepted for full refund as stated above. No restocking charge will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
